The Florida Windfest – run in conjunction with Sandy Point Progressive Sports – A Windsurfing Event for all skill levels and ages. Now in its 11th year – join us for course racing, slalom (if weather allows) and the Banana River Crossing long distance event. This low-key event is a great way to experience racing for your first time as the numbers are smaller than the Midwinters – but the fun competition is still hotly contested as racers from around FL and the Southeast converge on Kelly Park in Merritt Island, FL.
Registration is on site – Saturday at 10am – with racing usually beginning around 11am-noon! Lunch will be provided both days and some charter equipment is available by contacting Calema or Sandy Point directly.
